Sometimes you just need a fast, satisfying project with really soft yarn. This is the pattern to satisfy that knitting craving! Made with ultra soft Morehouse Farm 3 Strand merino wool, you’ll enjoy the feel of the yarn while you knit and before you know it, your hat is done! Better still — one kit (of 2 skeins) will yield TWO hats. Kits can be purchased on their website:

Written in 3 adult sizes.

**MOST adults will comfortably fit in the size medium, however a smaller version and a larger version are also provided. Please see actual measurement in the pattern before deciding which size to make.

NEEDLES
Ribbing: US 10 1/2 / 6.5 mm 16" circular knitting needles (or size to obtain gauge)
Main Fabric: US 11 / 8.0 mm 16" circular knitting needles (or size to obtain gauge)
Crown Shaping: US US 10 1/2 / 6.5 mm DPNs or long cord needles for magic loop

YARN
Main Color - 1 skein Morehouse Farm 3 Strand 100% merino 145 yds / 2 oz (worsted weight)
Contrast Color - 1 skein Morehouse Farm 3 Strand 100% merino 145 yds / 2 oz (worsted weight)

**Using 2 skeins of Morehouse Farm 3 strand yarn will provide you with enough for two contrasting hats: 2 smalls, 2 mediums, or 1 medium + 1 large* (if you don’t require excess yardage for pom poms AND you meet gauge). For reference, yarn used was (S) 34g MC / 4g CC; (M) 48g MC / 6g CC; (L) 58g MC / 10g CC.
